A high-quality dresser by Waring & Gillow, about eight years old, in good condition. We are selling it because we are moving. I’m not sure what the wood is, but I think pine or a light oak. It has nice metal handles, blue glass and lead-work in the glazed doors, and a classic barley-sugar twist design. It has been gently used. The cupboards have magnetic catches which work fine, and the drawers all run smoothly. There are a few minor scratches on the front shelf. For transporting, the upper part detaches easily from the lower.
